## Job description
- 负责各项目基础制动系统的开发过程的质量/成本/时间管理；
- 负责基础制动系统目标设定及解决设计过程质量问题及方案验证；
- 负责基础制动系统的设计认可及发布；
- 负责系统内的月度KPI指标的完成；
- 负责售后、在产维护的质量问题解决； 8.负责基础制动系统的能力提升及规划。 1、5年以上基础制动开发经验，本科以上学历，熟悉汽车构造、汽车理论及设计知识； 2.有1-2个车型基础制动系统的开发策划和主导设计经验； 3.掌握底盘制动性能要求及匹配流程，能指导制动各子系统开发，具备制动器,EPB等软硬件开发能力； 4.具备系统匹配计算能力及系统主观评价方法； 5.具备较强的技术协调和组织能力，具有较强的系统指导能力;具有一定的沟通能力和总结能力；
- 能熟练操作AUTOCAD、CATIA等各类设计软件及常用办公软件；
- 熟悉公司的PPAP、APQP、设计变更流程等相关公司程序文件；
