## Job description
- 开展患者、医生、康复治疗师及照护者调研，识别核心场景与痛点；
- 形成产品路线图、需求池、PRD、原型和验收标准；
- 协调算法、软硬件、结构、临床与认证团队推进版本迭代；
- 跟踪竞品、政策和试用反馈，持续优化安全性、易用性与商业化方案。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 生物医学工程、神经科学、计算机、电子信息、工业设计等相关专业。
- 理解脑机接口、康复机器人基本原理，能将临床或用户需求转化为产品需求。
- 掌握需求分析、竞品分析、原型与PRD基本方法。
