## Job description

"1.根据公司战略规划，负责市场开发部的年度经营计划编制、落实和日常团队管理； 2.根据公司经营计划，制定年度市场开发目标，开发方案并组织落实。 3.组织建立市场开发部各种销售数据库、市场信息数据库，并进行日常维护和管理； 4.组织对重点市场和关键客户进行重点识别和挖掘，组织团队进行重点开发和应对； 5.对行业新兴市场需求或潜在机会进行深入调查研究，为公司产品进行适应性配套开发提供重要决策依据； 6.建立市场开发的流程、体系和各类标准化作业的模块，建立高效的市场开发团队。" "1.

机械、汽车工程、工商管理、市场营销类相关专业。 2.

### 工作经验要求

大专≥10年，本科≥8年，特别优秀者条件可适当放宽，有相关工作经验者优先考虑。 3.

### 职业素养要求

认同公司企业文化；遵守制度规范；遵守人际交往规则。 4.

### 特殊资格/条件要求

有较强的市场开拓能力、能适应经常性出差；有大中型企业汽车零配件销售工作经验或汽车主机厂配套销售经验及人脉资源者优先。 5.

身体健康，无传染性疾病。"
