## Job description
- 负责目标市场洞察（行业趋势、竞争格局、政策法规和消费者需求分析）。
- 负责跟踪汽车设计、产品创新与技术演进。
- 负责通过用户研究与竞品分析提炼画像与场景需求，协同内外部团队开展测试、验证。
- 负责基于市场、用户和竞品数据分析，制定产品定义和市场策略，并参与整车商品企划工作

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、工业设计、市场营销、工商管理等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 取得国家办法的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
