## Job description
- 动力电池、发动机、变速箱、电驱等材料认可和有害物质认可；
- 动力电池、发动机、变速箱、电驱等材料合规性排查；
- 材料相关标准、规范的建立及维护；

### 材料应用
- 如减重降本溢价等新材料技术应用分析及优化；
- 先进能源、热管理、绝缘等材料研究开发及应用推进。

### 生源资质
- 双一流（双一流）院校硕士研究生及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、能源与动力、材料科学与工程、金属材料、高分子等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 毕业证、学位证、CET-4 425分以上。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间表现优异者优先考虑，无不良记录，本科期间公开发表学术论文、获授权专利、有参与横/纵向课题等科研活动经验的优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战，思路清晰，认真细致。
