## Job description

### 标定策略与计划
- 参与制定智能驾驶系统（感知、决策、控制）的整车匹配标定方案、测试规范和验收标准。

### 整车集成与测试
- 负责智能驾驶相关传感器（摄像头、雷达等）和执行器（ESP、EPS等）的整车安装位置、参数配置及基础功能调试。

### 功能性能标定
- 主导或参与智能驾驶核心功能的参数标定与性能优化，包括但不限于：纵向控制： 自适应巡航（ACC）、自动紧急制动（AEB）的跟车、启停、制动舒适性、人机交互等。

### 横向控制

车道居中保持（LCC）、高速公路辅助（HWA）的车道线识别、转向手感、平稳性、容错性等。

### 数据驱动迭代
- 能够分析实车测试数据、诊断日志，准确定位问题根源（是软件算法缺陷还是标定参数不适配），并与软件、算法团队协作推动问题解决。

### 文档编写与汇报
- 编写详细的标定报告、技术文档，定期向项目管理层汇报标定进展和性能结果。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程、电子工程、机器人等相关专业；3年自动驾驶系统开发经验
- 深入理解智能驾驶系统的基本原理和架构，熟悉常见的传感器（摄像头、毫米波雷达、超声波雷达）和执行器（ESP、EPS）的工作原理。
- 掌握车辆动力学基础理论，对汽车纵向、横向控制有清晰的认识。
- 熟悉CAN/LIN/以太等车载网络通讯工具（如CANoe/CANape）的使用，具备一定的数据分析能力。
- 具备较强的动手能力，能独立完成车辆的传感器检查、线束连接、ECU刷写等操作。
- 拥有新能源车企或主流Tier 1供应商的智能驾驶标定经验。熟悉ASPICE开发流程或功能安全标准（ISO 26262）。
- 掌握Python/Matlab等脚本语言，能够进行自动化数据处理或工具开发者优先。
