### 主要负责
- 依据公司整车产品开发要求，负责进排气系统（硬件、NVH、尾气排放）设计开发及验证、系统质量管理及技术预研工作。

### 次要负责
- 部门能力建设等工作

### 辅助协调
- 项目开发进度管理等部门工作，过程中问题推进及协调

### 教育背景
- 大学本科及以上，车辆、动力工程等相关专业

### 工作经验
- 8年及以上相关工作经验

### 专业知识
- 机械设计、内燃机等专业知识

### 能力要求
- 熟练掌握进排气系统基本构造、工作原理及系统开发流程。
