## Job description
- 负责区域经销商电池维修服务技术支持和技术培训；
- 负责区域经销商电池维修服务时效及满意度管理；
- 负责区域日常维修全过程跟踪监督并及时反馈；
- 负责区域区域库、终端维修备件建储的管理；
- 服务区域客户关系的日常维护；
- 收集竞争对手的服务动态和信息
- 本科及以上学历,汽车电气及机械自动化类相关专业；
- 有新能源汽车及PACK维修服务相关工作经验优先；
- 熟悉整车结构及汽车零部件工作原理，有一定的维修服务能力；
- 熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的管理能力及销售思维；
- 工作认真负责，具有较好的沟通表达能力，责任心强，服从管理，能够承担较大的工作压力。
