## Job description

### 负责性能开发工作

①协助性能总监组织相关资源开展整车性能开发工作； ②承接项目及性能总监下发的工作任务，对各性能模块开发进度、质量、成本进行指导管理； ③指导性能开发计划管理/性能目标管理/性能问题管理/资源协调、匹配等工作； ④工程中心性能例会/PAT例会组织/跨部门重难点问题推进会议/性能方案决策专题会议等工作； ⑤整车性能阶段性验收及评审； ⑥针对各性能模块开发过程中产生的冲突（目标/进度/资源等），进行有效的平衡； ⑦具备识别整车性能开发关键风险点的能力，并能快速做出响应，进行推进和解决。 ①学历：大学本科及以上学历；汽车、机械等相关专业； ②工作经验：5年及以上相关经验,；熟悉整车性能开发流程，了解车辆结构、原理、各性能属性开发内容； ③职业素养要求：具备良好的组织/沟通/表达能力及抗压能力；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观。
