## Job description
- 跟进公司各个项目进度，定期收集整理汇总进度信息;

### 维护项目台账
- 登记项目立项时间、里程碑、负责人、预算、风险清单，实时更新Excel/多维表格；;
- 监控各项目里程碑节点，临近到期自动预警延期风险；
- 收集项目遇到的资源冲突、跨部门沟通障碍，整理问题清单，协助上级PMO主管推动解决；
- 统计项目绩效数据，配合完成员工月度、季度考核数据整理；
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程等相关专业优先；
- 具备良好的数据分析和信息整理能力，熟练使用Excel/多维表格等办公软件；
- 了解项目管理基本流程，能够有效跟踪和监控项目进度；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够协助解决跨部门沟通障碍；
- 具备较强的责任心和细致的工作态度；

### 加分项
- 有项目管理或PMO相关经验、熟悉汽车行业项目流程、了解智能驾驶技术。
