## Job description
- 负责协助规划编制人力资源中长期规划；分解实施，同时对规划进行滚动管理；
- 负责对公司员工工资福利保险发放、人工成本预算进行检查；各职级薪酬体系架构设计；
- 负责协助各类人员岗位绩效管理体系设计、岗位KPI指标体系设计和滚动管理；
- 负责干部选拔、任命、考核评价和培养，组织年度干部考核评价工作；
- 负责公司劳动关系管理相关制度、流程的编制，并对各部门进行培训，指导。

### 教育与专业
- 双一流本科及以上学历，人力资源、心理学、管理等相关专业；

### 职业素养要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，工作积极主动，有较强的事业心、责任心和开创精神，服从领导，坚持原则；

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
