## Job description
- 支持信息披露体系顶层设计，梳理内部信息披露、管理提升与外部评价改善之间的关系与节奏；
- 负责执行推进ESG信息披露项目；管理维护ESG数据库与指标库并持续迭代；
- 负责起草编制ESG相关政策制度与体系文件；
- 负责撰写各类ESG评级/案例/奖项等外部申报材料；
- 负责撰写审校各类涉及ESG专业内容的传播稿件。
- 完成上级临时交办的其它ESG工作。
- 具备ESG报告项目执行经验。熟练掌握调研访谈、数据核算、指标体系管理、报告设计审校与执笔撰写经验；具备ESG咨询经历优先；
- 熟悉全球主流ESG披露与评级体系。在ESG信息披露与管理提升方面有独到见解；参与过评级提升项目优先；
- 具有责任心。性格严谨，善于沟通协调，文笔功底扎实；
- 硕士研究生及以上学历，英文可作为工作语言者优先。
