## Job description
- 对公司各单位预算调整及预算外事项的科学性、合理性和必要性进行分析并给出判断意见，并提供解决方案；
- 对公司各单位预算调整及预算外事项的科学性、合理性和必要性进行分析并给出判断意见，并提供解决方案；
- 为配合公司战略规划和战略目标的完成，协助组织并完善公司中长期预算、年度预算及滚动预测的管理体系；
- 通过月度分析、控制、反馈、总结预算/预测执行情况，进行差异对比，发现机会风险。
- 本科及以上学历
- 财会类、经济管理类专业
- 部门及公司预算经营分析
- 具有团队协作能力，高效沟通能力，认同企业价值观；
- 对各业务单位的业务需要熟知；
- 熟悉全面预算管理流程及机制；
- 熟悉运用EXCEL\SAP等办公软件；
- 对数据有较高的敏感性，以发现问题、机会及风险；
- 积极进取的态度，稳定的心态。
