## Job description

### 支持汽车概念的创建

架构、设计、性能要求，制定技术方案来解决实际问题； 会设计，做过外饰零部件的开发； 建立产品和工艺开发的详细可行性，创建和确定产品的技术规范； 控制供应商以确保产品和工艺的开发，准备验证和工业化； 确认产品和调试流程，完成生产准备工作以支持整车上市； 跨专业沟通与协调（工艺、质量、采购、总布置、造型、性能、HMI等），以支持整车性能交付； 质量门及数据状态审查，以确保每个交付品都符合质量要求； 按照公司项目要求管控外饰零部件开发，负责管理供应商的交付，控制开发进度，评估开发风险，确保项目交付质量。

### 教育与专业

大学本科及以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业； 工作经验要求：硕士3年、本科5年以上； 熟悉汽车OEM的设计和发布流程； 熟悉外饰系统结构和生产技术（模具、工装等）的详细知识； 具有实物和虚拟验证经验，熟悉DVP编制及了解相关标准； 了解CAE仿真工具，熟练掌握CAD软件操作（CATIA）； 具备良好的项目管理、协调沟通能力及良好的供应商管理能力； 能适应项目出差，在较大压力下工作。
