## Job description
- 负责设计变更管理流程的应用和维护；
- 负责设计变更管理系统的应用和维护；
- 负责设计变更全过程的管控，推进及追踪设计变更问题协调；
- 负责协调各领域与相关专业人员进行设计变更信息交流；
- 负责组织并主导设计变更相关推进协调会议；
- 负责项目设变信息的管理、风险识别及趋势分析。 1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、5年以上主机厂工作经验，有设计变更管理相关经验者优先； 3、熟悉整车开发流程和整车结构，熟悉零部件开发流程； 4、有较强的沟通协调能力、组织能力； 5、具有较强的逻辑分析、判断能力； 6、具有较强的跨专业、跨部门沟通协调和团队合作能力； 7、能够承担工作压力。
