## Job description
- 负责维修方案及手册、技术通告等资料的收集、校对、排版等。
- 负责按周期完成故障类型、高频问题等数据统计，制作报表；汇总共性故障清单。
- 负责协助对接门店咨询，检索技术文档与历史案例；跟进疑难工单流转，登记节点信息；辅助制作培训材料。
- 负责维护部门资料库，完成交办的其他运营辅助工作。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、新能源汽车、自动化等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 6、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
