## Job description
- 结合行业发展水平制定照明灯、信号灯、室内照明灯光性能标准；
- 新产品开发过程中从造型设计、CAS分析、数据设计和校核、配光分析等全维度确保产品的配光满足法规及外观均匀性和路照要求；
- 根据不同的造型要求，从成本和外观角度提出最优的光学设计方案；
- 对现有产品的光学质量问题，进行整改和优化。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，电子或机电一体化、机械、车辆工程、工业工程等专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科≥8年，硕士≥5年相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 积极主动、诚实正直，较强的沟通协调能力，吃苦耐劳的精神，具备英语的读写能力；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有汽车主机厂或灯具厂配光开发经验，熟练掌握灯具配光方法及路面照明改善和设计经验。
