## Job description
- 负责设定车型体验评价目标和管理，推进体验评价目标达成，同时结合产品定位、人群及竞品提出建议亮点；
- 负责项目开发全过程中的体验评价的策划，包括静态造型数据评审以及动态评价；
- 对项目的各阶段及产品设计提出体验评价的意见，包括对模型、数据、性能验收，完成综合报告，并提供方案建议；
- 负责建立或持续完善体验评价评价标准体系；
- 全日制本科或以上学历，汽车设计相关专业；
- 至少5年以上汽车动态评价或专业开发工作经验，至少1个完整的车型项目评价开发或动态专业开发工作经验；
- 熟悉整车设计开发流程，有电动车开发经验优先；
- 善于与人交流与沟通，具有良好的团队意识和沟通协调能力，有一定抗压能力；
