## Job description

### 主要负责
- ①负责先进工艺实验室三级智能装备实验室规划、管理及相关工作策划，孵化实验成果，推动新技术产业化; ②建立奇瑞先进制造技术创新开发能力和开发流程体系; ③培育降本增效的制造新技术，推动新技术衍生应用; ④搭建灵活高效的制造技术人才培养基地; ⑤负责智能装备自研项目的软件开发、测试等;

### 次要负责
- ①打通产学研合作和成果快速转化通道; ②负责市级、省级、国家级相关技术项目的申报和管理工作;

### 辅助协调
- ①组织资源开展先进制造技术攻关，指导团队开展技术研究; ②组织资源开展各项技术活动，传播先进制造技术，辐射集团制造板块，提升集团先进制造技术水平;

### 教育背景
- 机械、材料、机电一体化等相关专业本科及以上学历;

### 工作经验
- ①具备冲压工艺分析能力5年以上SE工作经历； ②了解模具结构设计; ③具备良好沟通能力和团队合作精神；

### 其他
- 熟悉冲压基本知识，熟悉熟悉冲压工艺设备，熟悉冲压工艺设计开发流程。熟练使用CATIA、AUTOFORM、OFFICE等软件;
