## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 负责整车智能座舱领域（地图导航、出行服务、多模态交互、主动智能场景、系统设置和管理等至少其一）方向的用户场景挖掘、场景价值分析、需求分析定义、及产品设计工作；
- 负责日常跟踪观察竞争对手产品、用户情况，深入竞争对手的产品和推广情况，定期进行分析，及时调研和监控；
- 负责规划对应模块产品的Roadmap，确保相关产品具备良好的市场竞争力；
- 负责承接所对应模块的可能来自于项目或上游部门的临时性产品定义及市场对标工作，编写产品需求文档；
- 负责对应模块需求方案的内外部评审，协助上游系统功能规范的迭代；
- 负责对应模块产品需求的故事化竞争力挖掘，具备产品原型化的能力； 8、跟踪释放后的产品的市场效果、用户反馈，收集和主动挖掘改进需求，根据业务需要持续改进产品，提升用户体验；
- 本科及以上学历，心理学、软件设计、计算机、信息管理、电子通信等相关专业优先考虑；
- 沟通和学习能力强，能较好的总结和分析行业发展趋势；
- 熟练使用工作软件，例如Powerpoint、Visio、Xmind、Axure RP等。
- 良好的表达沟通和协调能力，具有一定的多任务处理能力。 6、有较好的英语交流能力者优先。
