## Job description

业务型经验:拥有10～15年芯片0→1开发设计、产业链等专项经验，具备芯片全技术链（开发设计、封装、测试）、研发全流程、产业化协同、市场与合规经验能力。 管理型经验:具备8年+管理，3年+院长，大规模研发团队管理经验，熟悉研发体系与机制，可应对技术决策与风险。 业务周期性经验:对于芯片行业有深入理解，有多项0→1行业芯片开发设计经验（手机、汽车）； 拥有海外、创业、高校等经验，能较好地链接网络资源。 承担公司在芯片领域的调研、规划、应用、集成全周期业务。 负责芯片产业链合作、整车芯片供应风险管控、芯片先进性技术的车辆导入、芯片研发规划、芯片质量保证、芯片在各类控制器中的应用管理及规划、负责芯片核心应用平台的开发、芯片的归一管理等核心业务。持续提升公司在芯片领域的先进性和整车的竞争力。
