## Job description
- 设计流程节点、责任主体、操作标准及输入输出要求，形成规范的流程文件体系
- 结合业务发展需求，对现有流程、标准及体系文件进行优化迭代
- 确保各部门人员准确理解并严格执行相关规范
- 解决跨部门流程衔接问题，推动各部门对流程体系的认同和执行
- 第一学历为双一流本科及以上学历，工科相关专业背景；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 具备创新思维，能够独立解决问题并推动项目进展。

- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战
