## Job description
- 对项目的进度、质量、成本总体推进，并及时搜集暴露项目过程中的风险，主动推进解决，遇到困难及时升级至主任工程师共同推进解决；
- 落实所负责项目PMT运行体系，负责推动相关部门协作，完成跨专业重大问题协调，促进目标有效达成；
- 完成SRM零部件布点工作、VAVE跟踪、问题推动改进；
- 总结项目管理过程中的项目管理方面的经验，并形成正式的培训材料，在科室能力建设会上进行经验分享。
- 硕士及以上学历，车辆工程、机械等相关专业。
- 具备项目管理或集成开发经验，能统筹项目进度、质量、成本。
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调与风险管控能力。
- 熟练使用Project、Office等工具。
