## Job description

1 对部门ECU 扭矩架构与动力管理策略开发工作进行指导，具体工作包括控制策略开发、体系标准建设、测试验证平台搭建等工作；2 协助攻关ECU 扭矩架构与动力管理控制策略领域的核心艰难技术问题；3 培养ECU 扭矩架构与动力管理控制策略开发领域专业技术人才。 1、本科及以上学历：博士毕业后工作满4年及以上，或硕士毕业后工作满6年及以上；本科毕业后工作满8年及以上；或大专毕业后工作满12年及以上（必须具有本科及以上学历）；2、5年及以上ECU控制系统控制策略开发经验。
