## Job description
- 根据科室内制定的产品发展规划、战略规划，协助经理编制本科室重点项目的细化产品研发计划，并通过部门PMT机制按照计划推动项目的正常开展；
- 负责建立和完善专业相关技术规范、流程、技术体系；
- 协助高级主任师进行关键技术方案决策、重大质量问题的解决；
- 参与国内外先进技术的交流；
- 负责科室专业人员技术能力的培养与提升，从技术、质量、性能、成本、效率等不同纬度综合提升外饰开发能力。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上，机械、汽车、材料等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 博士毕业后工作满4年以上，或硕士毕业后工作满6年以上；本科毕业后工作满8年以上；或大专毕业后工作满12年以上（必须具有本科及以上学历）的汽车内外饰行业工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 有良好的客户导向、组织意识、培养他人、团队合作等职业素养；

### 条件要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，有较强的责任感；具有较强的组织和协调能力，有一定的语言表达能力和领导能力，能服从领导和安排。
