## Job description
- 协助制定、更新、宣贯和执行公司各项合规政策、行为准则、规章制度和操作流程。
- 在指导下起草、审核各项合作，识别法律风险点。
- 在指导下建立合同模板库及审核流程、跟踪履行情况，处理合同纠纷。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，法学、合规管理、工商管理等相关专业；通过法律职业资格考试者优先；有企业合规、法务或合同管理相关实习经历者优先。
- 掌握合同法、公司法、反商业贿赂等核心法律法规的基础知识
- 具备合同审查的基本能力，能识别常见法律风险点和合规漏洞
- 了解合规管理体系的基本框架（如ISO 37301合规管理体系标准）
- 具备制度文件的撰写能力，能将合规要求转化为可操作的流程规范
