- 负责工厂整体工艺规划设计
- 负责工厂建设施工管理
- 负责工厂生产导入
- 负责工厂资质申报及维护
- 负责工厂投资管理
- 负责工厂运营

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、汽车工程等相关专业优先。

### 工作经验
- 10年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，其中至少5年以上商务管理经验。有汽车主机厂业务经验者优先考虑。

### 团队管理
- 具备优秀的团队管理能力，能够带领团队高效地完成项目目标。

### 沟通能力
- 具备出色的沟通能力和亲和力，能够与客户、团队成员和跨部门同事建立良好的合作关系。
