- 专业体系流程建设；
- 具备团队领导协作能力，具有计划监督、监控能力；
- 各节点交付物质量审核；
- 保证项目高质量推进；
- 本专业人员能力建设提升；

### 学历
- 本科及以上

### 工作经验
- 8年及以上
- 交通工具设计、工业设计、车辆工程及相关类、 熟悉整车开发流程，熟练掌握造型设计三维软件； 具有较强的创新思维与沟通交流能力，较强的技术管理和指导能力；
- 有5款及以上整车设计开发经验
