## Job description
- 根据产品开发规划和开发计划，完成悬架系统及悬架性能件的设计开发、试验认证确认、ESO认可工作；
- 完成负责车型悬架系统及相关部件进度、质量（性能）、成本等目标达成工作；
- 完成悬架方面VAVE目标达成实施；
- 完成产品质量提升和售后质量整改工作；
- 悬架系统新技术、新材料和新工艺开发与应用实施。
- 适应国际化开发思路，能分析和解读国际车轮法规和开发认证。

### 工作经验
- 从事汽车底盘悬架方面设计工作经验，大专≥8年，本科≥5年，硕士≥3年

### 专业
- 汽车、交通、机械或材料成型等相关专业

### 技能要求
- 1）能根据汽车电动化、智能化和轻量化等发展要求，开发适配悬架系统、悬架性能件技术方案；2）能熟练运用CAD和CATIA等本职工作中所需要的各类计算机软件；3）熟练使用WORD\EXCEL\PPT等办公软件，熟练掌握英文，能读懂和交流汽车英文专业；4）掌握二维、三维设计的方法，能独立完成所负责零部件的设计；具备一定的CAE仿真分析能力；5）具备悬架系统及悬架性能件的质量问题分析和解决能力；6）具备所负责零部件的Benchmark分析能力，具备对过程问题分析判断能力；7）具备供应商技术谈判能力，并掌握一定的谈判技巧；8）具备零部件国际化开发能力。
