## Job description
- 负责内外饰技术项目和课题结构设计，系统数据匹配校核；建立面向制造与装配的设计规范（DFM/DFA），确保数据设计方案的先进性与工程可行性。
- 负责内外饰相关产品新技术调研及预研工作；评估新材料在内饰件中的应用潜力与可行性；跟踪全球最新内外饰技术动态，进行技术对标与前瞻性技术储备。
- 负责技术项目立项和开发过程中相应硬件方面工作，联合材料团队将材料端突破转化为内外饰产品端性能优势；主导技术项目立项及开发过程中硬件方面工作（样件制作与组装、模具方案评审、成型工艺优化等），制定DVP验证计划，安排性能测试及内部验收；
- 新技术专利、论文申报等

### 生源资质
- 双一流硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 机械工程、车辆工程、机械设计制造等专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
