## Job description
- 参与经营目标管理体系的搭建，学习战略解码与目标管理方法。
- 协助年度重点工作的节奏管控与经营分析，培养经营管理思维。
- 参与跨部门协同机制的建立，提升组织协调与推动能力。
- 通过执行督导与流程优化工作，学习企业管理与变革推动方法。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 工商管理、工业工程、统计学、行政管理等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
