## Job description
- 负责新建工厂的机械化规划设计及实施，并配合施工、阶段验收、竣工验收和移交使用, 重大投资改造、现场技术改进、质量效率提升项目的策划及实施；
- 负责组织策划新建机械化生产线或生产线搬迁/提产项目的可行性分析、规划方案，通过性分析，投资概算；
- 负责电动车相关机械化技术方案的策划、实施，能了解行业内电动车对输送设备的相关要求及发展趋势，并提出对对工厂建设及产线改造的影响；
- 负责起草和审核机械化设备方案，并能对方案提出建设性意见和建议；

### 教育与专业
- 机械、电气及自动化相关专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 10年以上新能源工艺开发经验，熟悉整车工艺开发流程及标准；

### 职业素养要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密；具备较强的沟通能力，工作以目标为导向，认同公司文化、主动践行公司价值观行为准则；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟练使用OFFICE等软件；学习能力强；能接受异地项目出差；
