## Job description

1.负责集配车间日常运营管理，组织物料集货、分拣、配载等作业；2.制定并执行集配计划，保障生产与发运需求；3.管理车间人员与设备，确保作业安全与效率；4.维护物流系统数据，确保库存与实物一致；5.参与集配流程优化与现场5S管理 本科及以上学历，物流管理、工业工程、供应链管理等相关专业；具备制造业物流实习经验者优先；熟练使用Office办公软件，了解WMS系统基础操作；具备较强的现场管理能力与团队协作精神；
