## Job description
- 负责车间经营计划编制与执行；
- 负责工艺工装管理、文件编制、生产质量制度文件编制以及标准 化工作推进；
- 负责工艺体系管理、质量控制与质量改进；
- 负责车间各项经营目标达成；
- 负责培训指导生产工人与生产管理人员。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、机械、自动化、计算机等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
