## Job description
- 负责产品技术领域（内饰/外饰/车身/热管理）五年技术规划制定与系统货架搭建管理。
- 负责新技术项目立项提报、技术评审，运用项目管理工具推进项目关键节点管控、风险识别与问题闭环管理。
- 负责技术创新活动策划与运营，组织创新路演、技术展、技术沙龙、技术内容传播等活动，推动创新文化建设。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 车辆、机械、电子、电气、计算机等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战，有短视频拍摄、剪辑经验优先。

### 语言要求
- 英语4级及以上。
