## Job description

1、主要负责 ①在产品开发前期阶段，通过初步的产品数据结构、装配工艺等信息输入，对整车DTS目标进行二维尺寸链分析,并针对超差项进行优化； ②在产品开发中期，利用产品M1发放数据、装配工艺等信息输入，对整车DTS目标进行三维仿真分析,并针对超差项进行优化，对产品结构、断面、装配工艺等提出具体优化措施，并审查更改后的产品数据结构等措施，确保达成整车目标； ③对产品各阶段的发放数据进行GD&T图纸设计或审核，同时进行数据结构审查，并提出更改方案； ④针对整车DTS及断面进行审核，提出更优措施或方案； ⑤负责项目开发中尺寸工程工作进度的主控及推动、项目尺寸工程模块节点审核工作把关。 2、次要负责 ①能够指导其他尺寸工程师开展工作； ②能够开展尺寸工程专业培训；
- 大学本科及以上；汽车工程、机械设计、交通运输等相关专业
- 需有从事汽车产品设计或尺寸分析工作5年及以上工作经验；硕士3年以上相关经验
- 任职外委尺寸分析设计公司优先
- 了解尺寸工程相关标准；
- 熟练应用3维公差分析软件；
- 掌握尺寸链计算方法；
- 具备较强的组织和沟通能力。
- 熟悉国家及企业相关法规和标准。
- 健康，无影响工作的疾病及传染性疾病
