- 主要负责；试验开展、、试验问题发现与改进；

### 次要负责
- 推动质量问题闭环管理；对试验规范提出优化意见与建议

### 辅助协调
- 国际环境适应性试验开展
- 对试验车安全负责

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历

### 工作经验
- 汽车行业工作至少5年以上

### 专业知识
- 机械、电子电器及相关专业 5、能力要求： 熟悉整车耐久性能开发； 熟悉问题分类标准； 熟悉相关试验规范、标准； 熟悉相关法律、法规； 熟练掌握质量问题改进方法； 整车驾驶技术达到L1及以上 熟练使用DOE、SFMEA等工具
