## Job description

### 主要负责
- 芯片IP搭建与仿真；

### 次要负责
- 电路新构架开发及专利撰写；
- 辅助协调；芯片规格协助定义及FA失效协助分析；

### 教育背景
- 微电子, 集成电路类或电子类专业本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 3年以上芯片模拟集成或者数字电路设计经验为佳；

### 专业知识
- 微电子, 集成电路类或电子类 ；

### 能力要求
-  具备集成电路基础知识；  具备电路设计与分析；  熟悉EDA工具应用Cadence Virtuoso；  熟悉硬件描述语言Verilog和VHDL；  熟悉数字信号处理；  熟悉模拟和数字混合设计；  熟悉芯片布局与布线；  有处理过电磁兼容性（EMC）；  具备模拟仿真与验证；  良好的工作态度积极乐观具备团队意识。
