## Job description
- 负责悬置系统开发与管理（目标定义/设计方案/系统开发计划试制/验证/认可等）；
- 负责悬置零部件设计发布（DFMEA、技术要求制定、零部件设计与校核、DVP&R制定）；

### 参与悬置系统性能匹配，负责系统及零部件性能优化； 主任师岗位要求
- 负责悬置系统计算分析、悬置软垫刚度曲线设计分析；
- 负责悬置系统设计开发文件的审核；
- 负责悬置系统性能开发与匹配工作；
- 负责悬置系统新技术的研究与开发工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历，汽车类、机械类、能源动力类等相关专业；
- 具备3年以上的汽车主机厂工作经验，熟悉整车开发流程，具有头部新能源汽车主机厂工作经验者优先；
- 具备悬置系统28工况分析、结构件强度分析、橡胶性能分析等能力者优先；
- 熟悉悬置系统NVH/驾驶性能的开发与匹配，具有悬置系统性能优化的开发经历。
