## Job description
- 负责涂装非标设备日常管理，负责编写电气施工方案，并监督方案的实施情况，负责审核电气专业图纸，并指导施工人员按图纸进行施工；
- 参与涂装非标设备突发故障处理；
- 设备体系文件编制，大故障分析；
- 备件合理申报、管控，维修费用降本；
- 预防性检修、日常检修计划、节假日检修计划编制；
- 根据设备现状，制定设备大项修标准、方案以及技术协议，参与商务谈判和厂家技术交流，组织跟踪项目实施验收工作；
- 指导工程师、班组长开展维修工作，人员技能培训。 "

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业
- 汽车类、机器人或电气自动化相关类专业；

### 专业经验
- 5年以上涂装电气热工设备维护经验；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具备电气自动化、热工VOC相关类专业知识；掌握汽车涂装工艺设备保全知识和技能；精通西门子S7300/400编程并具体单独设计、编程能力，熟悉DURR非标设备结构；具备一定涂装机器人、机械化知识。
