## Job description
- 负责MEMS加速度计/陀螺仪的物理场建模与仿真（包括力学、热学、电磁学等）；
- 优化传感器结构设计，提升灵敏度、线性度及抗干扰能力；
- 协同工艺工程师完成设计规则验证与工艺兼容性分析；
- 输出仿真报告及设计文档，支持流片前的性能预测。
- 博士学历，微电子、集成电路、机械工程、精密仪器等相关专业；
- 精通COMSOL、ANSYS等仿真工具，熟悉MEMS传感器工作原理；
- 具备多物理场耦合仿真经验，熟悉MEMS加工工艺（如DRIE、SOI等）；
- 了解MEMS版图绘制和有成功流片经验者优先；
- 有车规级传感器开发经验或发表过MEMS领域论文者优先。
