## Job description

### 承接产品定义，提升PQ质量和产品竞争力，协助项目QCD目标达成
- 按开发流程，负责项目整车PQ工作，完成数据及实车评价，推动问题整改优化；
- 按照项目开发计划，对整车PQ节点质量进行把关，完成节点自评报告；
- 负责整车内部/外部区域零部件感官质量方面benchmark数据库及竞品对比分析；
- 负责整PQ标准化的建立和维护；
- 了解汽车行业发展趋势，及时总结在新项目应用，提升产品竞争力；
- 总结PQ开发过程中的经验，及时复盘规避。

### 学历
- 本科及以上学历；工业设计、机械、车辆、材料、电子相关专业等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 本科≥3年，硕士≥1年的主机厂或者零部件工厂工作经验，有感官质量工作经验优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强。
