## Job description
- 在指导下进行处理日常性知识产权事务，包括知识产权台账维护、权利维持、办登手续等。
- 在指导下开展专利申请/商标注册申请。
- 参与知识产权事务的处理。

### 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历，知识产权、法学、理工科（机械、电子、计算机等）相关专业；有知识产权代理所、企业IP部门实习经历者优先。
- 了解专利法、商标法、著作权法等知识产权基本法律框架。
- 具备基础的专利检索能力，能使用常用检索数据库。
- 了解专利申请、商标注册的基本流程和文件要求。
- 具备基本的技术文档阅读能力，能理解发明交底书的核心内容。
