## Job description

### 客户服务与关系管理
- 作为国际客户售后服务的主要联系人，处理并解决复杂的、客户投诉和技术咨询。 建立并维护与关键海外经销商、分销商及大客户的长期战略合作关系。 定期进行客户满意度调查，分析反馈，制定并实施改进计划以提升客户体验。

### 售后服务运营管理
- 管理和优化保修索赔流程，审核海外合作伙伴提交的保修申请，确保符合公司政策。 监控和管理售后服务关键绩效指标（KPIs），如首次修复率、平均修复时间、客户满意度等。 协调零部件供应链，确保海外售后服务所需零部件的及时供应和库存优化。

### 团队领导与跨部门协作
- 服务于本地的服务支持团队，设定工作目标，进行绩效评估和职业发展指导。与销售、市场、产品管理、物流等部门紧密合作，确保从销售到售后的无缝衔接，并为新产品上市提供售后服务准备支持。 向管理层定期汇报国际售后服务业务的运营状况、挑战和机遇。

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上；

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、汽车服务工程、机械工程、机械设计制造及自动化、机械电子工程等相关专业；

### 技能/工具要求
- 能基本解读电路图，机械图纸
