## Job description
- 负责新能源动力系统及整车仿真模型的建立和维护,包括仿真模型搭建、测试模型搭建，根据整车测试参数及结果不断地优化模型;
- 根据整车动力性、经济性及续驶里程等计算仿真，参与设计动力系统构型，参与动力系统匹配，参与电机系统、电池系统和减速器等主要参数设计；
- 负责国内/国际特殊工况适应性分析，及混合动力总成匹配计算；
- 负责收集动力经济性试验数据，并进行数据分析，包括系统效率、能量流分析等;
- 负责竞争对手产品性能测试数据分析，报告编写，总结计算及分析经验，数据库收集整理;
- 负责编写技术规范、动力经济性匹配仿真流程等。
- 负责混动产品规划及构型设计；
- 负责内部和外销项目技术对接。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 汽车、电子电器、自动化

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
