## Job description

### 负责雨刮/洗涤/风挡/行李架/天窗/侧踏等零部件设计开发工作
- 负责分管零部件的供应商管理、外协件布点、技术协议签订、数据确认发放、检具方案确认、样件抽样与检测、ESO认可和小批量试装等工作；
- 开展分管零部件试制的技术支持和管理、DV和PV验证及改进、Audit降分及质量问题改进和技术协调等工作、参与尺寸及功能检查、试验结果判定、综合匹配及认可等工作，完成分管零部件最终设计的冻结；
- 师带徒，设计员/设计师能力培养。 ①学历：大学本科及以上学历；汽车、机电一体化、机械工程及自动化、材料等相关专业； ②工作经验：5年及以上塑料件/玻璃/天窗/电机/铝合金零部件相关开发经验； ③职业素养要求：具有良好的汽车零部件、机械设计等基础知识，较强的组织协调能力、语言表达能力，具有CATIA软件基础。
