## Job description

主导BMS底层软件开发；导BMS应用层软件开发；主导BMS硬件方案设计
- 硕士及以上学历，5年以上BMS软件开发经验，其中至少3年核心算法开发经验；
- 精通电池状态估计算法（SOC、SOH、SOP、SOE），熟悉电芯特性与老化机理；
- 熟练掌握基于模型的开发工具（MATLAB/Simulink、Stateflow），具备自动代码生成及MIL/SIL测试能力；
- 熟悉BMS应用层策略开发（均衡策略、故障诊断、热管理控制、充电控制）；
- 具备跨专业沟通能力，能独立完成算法设计、仿真验证及实车标定支持。"
