## Job description
- 负责现有各品牌设计趋势研究；
- 负责现有各品牌设计哲学及设计语言研究；
- 负责顶层设计及概念车、量产车项目的设计策略研究；
- 带领团队从用户体验和市场趋势的角度开展创意工作；
- 对现有各品牌设计趋势给出建设性意见并具有良好的推动力。
- 本科以上或同等学历；
- 良好的英文表达和交流能力、沟通和设计表达能力；
- 具备8年以上工作经验，需要具备汽车设计策略相关工作经验；
- 交通工具、工业设计相关专业优先；
- 具备市场趋势分析能力、设计分析能力、创新设计能力；
- 熟悉策略相关软件操作。
