## Job description
- 按照项目进度要求落实现场工艺确认、实施、核对、改善工作；
- 深入研究车身工艺、焊接技术、制作技术等；
- 整车开发到量产的过程工艺开发，编制工艺流程图、过程特殊特性清单、作业指导书等，并组织上述文件的评审；
- 参与研发和设计方案的评审，从工艺可行性角度提出合理化建议和改进方案；
- 持续改善焊接生产的工艺，提高产品质量。

### 教育背景
- 大专及以上学历，汽车、金属材料、机械类专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上相关工作经验；

### 技能要求
- ①较全面的了解汽车设计及结构、工艺制造知识； ②熟悉整车厂及配套零部件厂焊接生产线工艺规划； ③了解白车身焊装制造工艺和整车冲压工艺； ④熟悉点焊、弧焊、螺柱焊、涂胶、滚边等包车身焊装工艺； ⑤熟悉电脑操作，能熟练的使用办公自动化软件，产品3D、2D软件。
