## Job description

1.负责打造以用户为中心的私域流量运营平台，策划上线私域平台内容、专项拉新活动；2.建立内容质量指标体系，根据业务类型及体量需求建立用户社群、进行互动，策划并组织实施用户活动、终端活动等； 3.负责用户粉丝社群互动，用户抱怨投诉问题监控、口碑维护，KOC的挖掘及培育； 4.负责生态商城产品开发、营销、运营管理，对整车改装进行开发与定制，达成经营目标。下设用户传播、用户中台、用户生态和用户增长板块。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 新闻传播学、广告学、公共关系学、市场营销、工商管理、品牌管理、经济学等专业优先。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
